Wetting Named Executive Vice President, Weinberg Promoted to Chief Operating Officer

DALLAS, TEXAS -- Total Entertainment Restaurant Corp. announced today that Christopher L. Wettig was named Executive Vice President with primary responsibility for investor relations, franchising and acquisitions. Mr. Wettig, 35, has 10 years of restaurant industry experience, most recently as Assistant to the Chairman of Coulter Enterprises, Inc. and he is also a C.P.A.

The Company also announced the promotion of J. Chris Weinberg to Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Weinberg, 32, most recently was Vice President-Operations for the Company and has 10 years of management experience in the restaurant business including positions with Champps and TGI Friday's.

In additional business, the Company also announced the relocation of its corporate headquarters to Wichita, Kansas from Dallas, Texas effective March 1, 1999. Address and telephone details will be available within the next 30 days.
